Responsibility for environmental offenses from the position of labor law

The article is devoted to the issue of labor and legal responsibility for environmental offenses (disciplinary and financial responsibility). The article establishes the specific features of these offenses, specifies the feature of disciplinary responsibility for environmental offenses, States that bringing an employee who violated environmental standards to disciplinary responsibility does not exempt the head of the organization from administrative responsibility. The author of the article concludes: responsibility for environmental offenses can be not only disciplinary, but also material, in connection with which the Federal law «On environmental protection» is subject to adjustment.
