Challenging the accused’s questions addressed to a minor victim testifying against them

The possibility of challenging the accused’s questions addressed to a minor victim testifying against them to eliminate the psycho-traumatic impact of the accused on the minor victim is considered in the article, based on theoretical and legal provisions as well as on the analysis of investigative and judicial practices. Conclusions are formulated and recommendations for law enforcement officers are offered by the author.
