Palliative care patients with local widespread cancer of the prostate

Radiation therapy for a radical program of combined radiation therapy in local widespread prostate cancer may lead to complications related to the violation of urodynamics upper and lower urinary tract. These conditions largely reversible, but can sometimes take even chronic and require surgical treatment.
