Paradigm of formation of scientific providing sphere of post-industrial services

Provisions of the general scientific theory of service (servisologiya) as methodical basis of design and assessment of quality of services in the sphere of service, development of the sphere of service are created, theoretical bases of development of economy and control in the field of development of the sphere of service in the conditions of post-industrial globalization of the market of such services, are researched and created by development of service and information technologies and communications, is researched and adapts to the decision of tasks of design functionally-decomposition service complexes on the example of complexes of hotel services, the four-level model of service (it is considered on the example of hotel service), which can be used for design of the given quality level and the quantitative analysis of competitiveness of any kind of services is offered. The purpose of article formation of a paradigm of development of a methodological basis of development of the sphere of service, design of complexes of services, assessment of competitiveness of services in the conditions of post-industrial economy appears. For achievement of a goal such research problems sequentially are solved: the entity and value of a post-industrial services sector and its influence on social and economic development is studied; the status of scientific and methodical support of the sphere of hotel service is analyzed; methodical bases of design of complexes of services on the basis of the functional dekompozitsionnogo of representation and its application in the sphere of service and its development develop; on the basis of four-level model of service the technique of design and the analysis of quality of services and effective management of the sphere of service in the conditions of scientific and technical progress and intensive information technology development is created; the paradigm of enhancement of a methodical basis of development of the sphere of service is created. Subject of article is the sphere of post-industrial service considered as a structural element of the modern global and national economy, society. Act as a subject of article a paradigm of formation of methodical bases of a servisologiya as interindustry scientific and practical discipline about development of economy and control in a services sector.
