An optimization parameter of combining rubber crumb with oil bitumen

The article introduces the technology of bitumen modification with rubber crumb and the description of a binder structuring mechanism, which is available now in Russia and around the world. It describes an optimization of a thermomechanical method of mixing rubber crumb with oil bitumen in order to receive a modified binder. An optimal value algorithm of the combination is given through a combination of basic factors, such as a dispersive medium structure, temperature of thermomechanical combination process, size, a specific surface of particles, a rubber crumb chemical composition, the design and speed of a mixer rotation, a formula, depending on an integrated factor. The work provides the method of the deflections reduction at basic factors through the time reduction of mixing rubber crumb with oil bitumen in the production of the modified binder.
