The article presents a philosophical and cultural analysis of the park as a complex organism of the urban sphere in the context of the modern culture system. The essence and specificity of culture, cities and city culture are revealed under the conditions of a market economy of impressions and the development of creative industries. The social mission of Culture, which consists in broadcasting to today's and subsequent generations of classical values - Truth, Good, Beauty, Love, Harmony, which finds embodiment in the images of cities, is designated. The positive and negative impact of urbanism on the psychosomatic state of a city dweller in the context of everyday culture is reflected. The importance of the anthropological approach to the revitalization of public spaces for recreation, including the consciousness of recipients/citizens, by generating new meanings/symbols/codes is ascertained. For example, the Park “Zaryadye” is interpreted as an important part of the cultural semiotic / informational space of the city, an example of a harmonious synthesis of nature and man, a creative cluster with an educational component that contributes to the promotion of natural urbanism, exhibition activities and the implementation of aesthetic, environmental, cultural and educational functions.
