Partnership of the agents of education process in continuing research activity of doctoral students

Training of doctoral students has become a third level of training in tertiary education promoting the need to study the research activities of doctoral students leading to the defense of a final qualifying work or thesis. The subject of the article is the partnership (pedagogical, educational) of doctoral students and the academic staff aimed to prepare students to perform research and to promote its results. The partnership of the agents of the education process in the continuing research activities of doctoral students is represented in the dialectical unity of autonomy (individual) and interaction (social). Based on the analysis of the literature and on peer review method, the types of partnership of the agents of the education process were defined and characterized; the types of agent interaction and the competence distribution among the agents at each stage of research activity (ascertaining, forming, analytical and concluding) were investigated. The continuity of all types of partnerships in carrying out research by doctoral students was grounded.
