Certification of sunflower genotypes-differentiators of resistance to broomrape on microsatellite loci

There have been done passports for sunflower genotypes-differentiators of resistance to broomrape races from Or4 to Or7. The estimation of their genetic uniformity by means of microsatellite loci was spent. Six genotypes-differentiators of sunflower were identified on nine microsatellite loci be the method of polymerase DNA chain reaction. Uniqueness of each of them is established. It is revealed, that not all lines are homozygous, and hybrid combination 16А х 25 is not ranged. This work will allow carrying out monitoring of their genetic stability.
