Pathophysiologic correction of lympho-venous insufficiency in obliteration of infra-inguinal arteries

Pathophysiologic aspects of secondary injuries caused by obliteration of infra-inguinal arteries are presented. Approaches to abolish these injuries by adequate microcirculation recovery and lymphovenous drainage are proposed. Method of indirect peripheral lymphotropic therapy is described. Clinical histories of patients with pronounced manifestations of arteriolymphovenous insufficiency which was corrected using indirect peripheral lymphotropic therapy are presented.
