The article presents an analysis of violations at different pathogenesis of essential hypertension developing in young people with a different experience in the night shift. A direct correlation relationship of impaired microcirculation, intracardiac hemodynamics and endothelial vasomotor function, neuro-humoral regulation of vascular tone, the body's antioxidant defense system on the degree of hypertension and the night-time nature of work.
