In work are analised results of the complex diagnostics and surgical treatment 180 sick with perforation gastroduodenal ulcers. The Studi has shows that in pathogenesis perforations chronic gastroduodenal ulcers leading place is conducted oxidizing stress. Patogtnttick substantiate by metods of the treatment perforations chronic gastroduodenal ulcers is an excision perforative ulcers in combination with vagotomy, but metods of treatment to perforations "dumb” ulcers videolaparoscopic wound with endoscopic transgastral chemical vagotomy.
