Pathology of the urinary system and tuberculosis at children: clinical parallels, influence on treatment results

The comparative assessment of active tuberculosis course at children against pathology of urinary system is carried out. The analysis mentioned sexual, age, social features, were detailed both forms of specific process and all somatic and infectious pathology at 231 children included in research. At girls with active tuberculosis more often than at boys pathology of urinary system is revealed, thus the infection of urinary tract at such children meets in 50% of cases. In 1/3 cases pathology of urinary system at patients with tuberculosis at children is accompanied by cardiovascular violations. Specific therapy at children with combination of tuberculosis and pathology of urinary system leads to emergence of allergic reactions that demands timely correction objectively more often.
