The work is based on a post-mortem examination of synchronised breast cancer in a young pregnant woman, 28 years old, diagnosed at 33 weeks of gestation. Microscopic examination of breast tissue among fibrous tissue determines the accumulation of solid trabecular complexes formed by monomorphic cells with a light cytoplasm with hyperchromic nuclei. Tumor with necrosis and hemorrhages. Cancerous emboli are detected in the lumen of the vessels
