Prolonged activity of Melapol-plus complex hormone preparation results in reduction of proliferation, differentiation and biosynthetic activity of spermatogenous, supporting and interstitial testies cells of test rats within first 30 days. The revealed processes are reversible and the began to ease on the 45 th day of the experiment. The full renewal of spermatogenesis process in test animals was noticed on the 60 th day after the preparation introduction. There should be mentioned that constant presence of sperm cells continuous layer on the basal membrane of spermatic canaliculi showed the securing the hemato-testicular barrier within the time limits.
