Annually in operational gynecology new materials, devices, methods and approaches to performance of operations with modern technologies appear. In veterinary surgery and obstetrics recently considerably often began to apply high-frequency current on genitals of female dogs. The importance of high-frequency surgery increased in veterinary practice with the advent of endoscopic where it is practically the main method of a section of fabrics and providing a hemostasis. But when carrying out transaction not enough attention is a paid to morphological change occurring on genitals of females of dogs after electrothermic coagulation of oviducts. For goal achievement delivered before us, genitals: the stumps of oviducts and a uterus underwent to histologic and patomorfologichesky researches after electrothermic coagulation of oviducts for the 10th, 20th, 30th and 180th days. In process of increase in terms after surgery and action of high-frequency current on genitals of a female (a stump of oviducts and a uterus) morphological change in each body of intra organ blood circulation were observed. However pathological changes in genitals and their fabrics weren't observed. As a result of violation of the intra organ blood circulation caused by electrothermic coagulation of oviducts of dogs the increase of destructive changes was observed. Catarrhal desquamative inflammation in the uterus registered at early stages passed into a productive inflammation of an inside layer of the body.
