Crimes committed in the field of protecting the interests of the state during the modern period are among the most common types of crime in criminal statistics. Due to global internal and external processes, which are characterized by instability, crimes that violate the foundations of statehood cause significant harm to the constitutional system, vertical of power, economy and citizens' confidence in government institutions. Especially, those committed by government officials and those committed against the state by citizens undermine the stability of the country and affect social and political sentiments in society. It seems that one possible tool for solving this problem could be patriotic education, which aims to form high moral and ethical standards among citizens, including civil servants. This includes respect for the laws and institutions of the state and responsibility for one's actions towards society. Patriotic education helps develop a sense of pride in one's country, understanding of the importance of serving the state, and awareness of the role of law and order in ensuring the stability and prosperity of citizens. This article aims to analyze the role and significance of patriotic education in combating crime within the sphere of government, as well as develop our own suggestions in this area. The research employs a multi-disciplinary approach, drawing on sociological, psychological, pedagogical, legal, and informational-cultural perspectives.
