Patriotic education of junior schoolchildren in a multicultural educational environment

The article substantiates the expediency of patriotic education of elementary school students by means of multicultural education, in particular through the organization of a multicultural educational environment in an educational institution. Due to the fact that younger students do not have sufficient social experience to display fully formed patriotic qualities, at this age it is necessary to educate the younger generation in a value attitude towards their small homeland through the study of the history of their native land and the development of comprehension of the cultural traditions of the peoples living on its territory.
