Patriotism as an object legal protection in the Russian Federation

Based on an analysis of literature and current legislation, the concept of “patriotism” is explored. Attention is drawn to the place and role of this concept in modern Russian legislation. Patriotism is considered primarily in the context of criminal law, as an object of this law.
