PCR test system for detection of pathogen genome listeriosis

Studies using PCR-RV shows escalating rates of veterinary and sanitary control at an average 2.4% listeriâmi, which suggests a need to monitor their safety. This gives grounds to suggest a method of PCR-PB for laboratory diagnosis of listeriosis and indication of this pathogen in veterinary and sanitary-and-epidemiologic supervision. The method is the fact that the pathogenic agent can be detected in real time both qualitatively and quantitatively.
