The author's model of formation of moral and ethical qualities of teenagers in the course of perception of music which includes set of the interconnected components called and capable consistently is presented in article and most effectively to carry out pedagogical process. The model consists of four blocks: target, organizational and substantial, functional and diagnostiko-productive. Components of each block are considered. The target block includes the social order, the purpose and tasks. The organizational and substantial block includes the principles, means, kinds of activity, the contents, forms. In the functional block functions of activities for formation of moral and ethical qualities of teenagers in the course of perception of music are presented. Diagnostiko-rezultativny the block of model is presented by criteria, indicators, levels and results of activities for formation of moral and ethical qualities of teenagers in the course of perception of music. Effective implementation of pedagogical activities for formation of moral and ethical qualities of teenagers in the course of perception of music requires observance of the organizational and pedagogical conditions developed by us which are also presented in article.
