In the context of digital transformation of secondary vocational education (SVE) and strategic objectives of national development, the search for innovative pedagogical tools becomes relevant. The article is devoted to the substantiation and development of a model for integrating phygital sports (synthesis of physical activity and digital environments) into the educational process of SVE as a means of developing key general competencies (CG) of students. The main problem is the need to overcome the gap between traditional methods of training in SVE and the requirements of the digital economy for hybrid skills (work at the intersection of physical and digital), as well as the insufficient development of pedagogical mechanisms for using phygital. The aim of the study is to develop and scientifically substantiate a pedagogical model for integrating phygital technologies for the effective development of CC 02 (information technology), CC 04 (teamwork), CC 08 (physical education) among students of secondary vocational education. The study is based on the regional innovation platform (RIP) project, implemented at the Chelyabinsk Energy College named after S. M. Kirov (April 2025 - May 2028). The methodological basis is constructivism (J. Piaget), the concept of extended cognition (E. Clark, D. Chalmers) and the enactive approach (F. Varela). A three-level model (conceptual, integration, applied levels) is presented, including technological solutions (VR/AR, IoT), activity scenarios and competency monitoring mechanisms. Scientific novelty lies in the synthesis of pedagogical theories in relation to the phygital environment and the development of an adaptive model for secondary vocational education. The practical significance consists in providing an algorithm for the implementation of phygital in secondary vocational education programs, the development of specialized modules and assessment tools, which contributes to the preparation of competitive specialists for the digital economy.
