Pedagogical aspects of professional training of volleyball referees in the Moscow region

The article describes the implementation of the professional training program for volleyball referees in the Moscow region. Having studied the features of the activity of a volleyball sports referee, focusing on the developed model of judicial activity, taking into account the factors determining the functions and requirements necessary for the characteristics of a sports referee, and taking into account the data obtained during the study, the main structural components of the model of a modern judge, which are represented by four main components: special training, social status, the manifestation of mental processes and personality traits, the development of personal qualities.
