Pedagogical novels of scientific thought in the age of renaissance in the context of forming the latitude of the horizon of the leader's world view service team in ATS

The article presents a lapidary review of the conceptual judgments of the Polish Renaissance humanist Andrzej Frycz-Modrzewski on the field of human education and the role of education in solving the problem of forming a virtuous citizen of one's state. Clarifying the judgments of this thinker regarding the expediency of a harmonious combination of the processes of education and upbringing, the author focuses on the importance of taking these findings into account in the activities of the head of the service team in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
