Pedagogical approaches to conducting individual educational work with employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation

This article discusses pedagogical approaches to conducting individual educational work with internal affairs officers, such as an axiological, personality-oriented, differentiated approach, as well as methods of individual educational work. The pedagogical and psychological methods of individual educational work are studied, the meaning, essence are analyzed, and the purpose and tasks in the individual educational work of the internal affairs bodies are considered.
