Pedagogical principles of mastering the European choral repertoire in Chinese universities

The article examines the problem of mastering the European choral repertoire in the system of higher music education in China. The author identifies key difficulties associated with cultural, historical, linguistic and performance barriers, and proposes a system of pedagogical principles aimed at overcoming them. The theoretical basis of the study is the cultural, systemic, personal-activity and interdisciplinary approaches. The work formulates and substantiates five interrelated principles: cultural and historical contextualization, linguistic authenticity, stylistic representativeness, auditory modeling and synthesis of the rational and emotional. General directions of methodological work are defined, including the modular organization of the educational process, comparative analysis and strengthening the role of the conductor-teacher. The results of the study can be used to develop practical teaching methods in the context of intercultural interaction.
