Pedagogical conditions which are the most important for forming interpretative competence are reviewed. The structure of educational environment, particular educational tasks and assignments as a means of decomposition of quasiprofessional activity types are described. Practical procedures which promote the development of value and responsive spheres of future fire safety engineers are given. The procedures are based on activization of their self-actualization.
