Pedagogical conditions for the formation of a teacher's pedagogical culture

This article describes the current state of the teacher's pedagogical culture in the conditions of independence, the conditions for the formation of the teacher's professional skills, the essence of the concepts of pedagogical culture, pedagogical skill, pedagogical perfection. It was also confirmed that the professional training of a modern specialist consists in mastering fundamental general education, psychological, pedagogical and special knowledge, modern pedagogical technologies, forming an attitude to innovation and creativity. The solution of each pedagogical problem actualizes the entire system of pedagogical knowledge of the teacher, which is a single whole. Pedagogical skill-in addition to the complexity and generality of the teacher's professional knowledge, is characterized by such an important feature as an individual work style. The article clarifies that on the basis of professional knowledge, pedagogical consciousness is formed, a system of principles and rules is formed that determine the actions and activities of the teacher. It was also analyzed that the professional training of a modern specialist includes the study of basic general education, psychological and pedagogical and special knowledge, modern pedagogical technologies, the formation of an attitude to innovation and creativity. It was determined that the content of the concept of pedagogical culture is an existing system of knowledge, skills, abilities, mental processes, personal qualities that ensure the implementation of pedagogical tasks.
