Pedagogical conditions of forming professional creative potential of students trained in «Art and technolohy of photography» at institutions of vocational education

Stages of at institution of vocational education that has to take into account the demands of today’s labor market and focus on the graduates trained by the integration and differentiation methods are discussed. Emphasis is made on the fact that such education facilitates the formation of professional creative potential necessary for mastering professional skills. Topicality of the general and professional competences obtained by the college students in the training process to gain concrete subject matter in actual professional production processes focused on social mandate is stressed. The content of college graduate development as a professional in comprehensive practice-focused environment of the educational institution is revealed. It is emphasized that all effort of the vocational education aims at creating such pedagogical conditions, that facilitate the formation of all-round, socially active, creative and competence self-dependent professional personality. Ways of forming the professional creative potential, orientation of the curriculum and creation the necessary pedagogical conditions to free play of the unrealized personal features, qualities, abilities and possibilities of the student via systematic progressive actions required for training and further professional development of a college graduate are proposed.
