Pedagogical Conditions for the Effective Functioning of the System of Formation of Anti-Corruption Behavior of Employees of Internal Affairs Bodies

The research problem and the rationale for its relevance. At the present stage of development of our society, corruption has affected all spheres of social life, but it plays a particularly destructive role in law enforcement agencies. Employees of internal affairs bodies, being at the forefront of the fight against crime, are, like no other, susceptible to the influence of negative corruption factors. In our opinion, an effective fight against corruption in the police is possible in the educational process, during the period of advanced training of employees of internal affairs bodies, by forming anti-corruption behavior. The goal of research is to investigate the influence of the identified pedagogical conditions on the efficiency of the functioning of the developed system for the formation of anti-corruption behavior of acting employees of internal affairs bodies. The tasks consist in justifying pedagogical conditions and their implementation in the educational process of the Center for Professional Training of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Chelyabinsk Region when conducting advanced training of employees of internal affairs bodies. The assumption is made that the effectiveness of the functioning of the pedagogical system for the formation of anti-corruption behavior of acting employees of internal affairs bodies will be higher with the implementation of the determined pedagogical conditions. Methodology. The work analyzes the published pedagogical literature on the problem under study. Pedagogical conditions contributing to improving the efficiency of the functioning of the system of anti-corruption behavior of acting employees of internal affairs bodies and the author’s methodology for assessing the level of formation of anti-corruption behavior are identified. An empirical study is carried out: questionnaires and interpretation of results.
