Pedagogical conditions of realization of person-oriented technologies for quality improvement of teachers' professional competence in the secondary vocational education

The problem of realization of pedagogical conditions which will facilitate the process of quality improvement of teachers' professional competence in the intermediate vocational education in the sphere of person-oriented technologies is regarded. The pedagogical conditions include: 1) use of androgogical approach; 2) teachers' motivating to use person-oriented technologies; 3) realization of personal teacher's opportunities and creative possibilities. The criteria characterizing the quality of teachers' using person-oriented technologies are proved and substantially covered.
