In the article the feature and the importance of preschool childhood for further development of every child are considered, the problem of social and personal development has been raised in the light of modernization of system of education. The author substantiates the significance and role of social and personal development in preschool age. The creation of pedagogical conditions for effective social and personal development of the child is presented: the development of individual educational route of child development.
