Pedagogical patterns of the problem of eliminating professional deficits of teachers through informal education

Intensive and global changes in the sphere of education seen in the recent tears, conditions of digitalization and convergence of education, changes in values orientations and decreasing interest to learning in the young generation make demands to teacher’s work. Their work is becoming more complex and comprehensive, while finding and eliminating professional deficiencies of teachers is getting more topical and significant every year. The aim of the article is to reveal the regularities of professional deficiencies of teachers by means of informal education tools that make the core of the developed pedagogical conception. Within the research framework the regularities of dependence, attribution and effectiveness of the problem of professional deficiencies of teachers by means of informal education tools have been revealed. Specific realization principles for all above regularitieshave been identified.
