The pedagogical aspect of the formation of legal competence

The degree of the question of the formation of professional and legal competence of teachers is analyzed, the essence is determined and the composition of this pedagogical category is determined. It is noted that the professional and legal culture of teachers involves a deep knowledge of legal acts, sources of law, on which he must rely in his production environment. The basis for the implementation of social policy in Kyrgyzstan are the following principles, such as social justice, social solidarity, individual social responsibility, social partnership. The professional competence of teachers is considered by us as an integral entity, assuming the presence of a set of legal knowledge, skills, as well as personally significant qualities that ensure the success of social work on a legal basis. Legal knowledge refers to students' knowledge of the legal framework.
