Pedagogical design of the learning environment of distance education

In 2020, under the threat of the spread of coronavirus infection, on the recommendation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation most universities in the country made a decision to switch to distance learning. Therefore, developments in the field of online learning have gained special relevance, an important part of which are online courses using interactive multimedia technologies, such as graphics, animation, audio and video, etc. Among the main directions in developing of electronic communication of higher and additional education, a special place belongs to the direction of pedagogical technologies designing, focused on development of intellectual potential of students, as well as on formation of abilities, skills to acquire knowledge independently and to produce educational information. The authors came to the conclusion that the effectiveness of any digital e-learning tool in higher education depends on high quality "pedagogical design", one of the main objectives of which is to create situations that enhance learning opportunities and create motivation for students to acquire new knowledge. Technological model of pedagogical design provides students with access to the fund of discourses. The interaction of discourses and mental worlds of subjects of educational process organizes a network interdiscourse providing an opportunity to choose, design and implement an individual learning path. Thus, network interdiscourse is a learning technology based on integration of modern information technologies and mental constructs. At the same time, the personality, its mental features determine the range of electronic learning resources used, promoting both to the development of the personality according to the individual path and to the development of mental-oriented electronic learning resources in the future.
