The article discusses the process of adaptation of students to educational environment of the University as a result of pedagogical interaction of subjects of education, aimed at the appropriation of student’s professional learning. Getting into a new environment of higher educational institutions, first-year students begin to interact through the inclusion in various activities. Teachers share their experience, offer the introduction of a constructive approach to the educational process. On the example of studying the discipline «Introduction to the specialty» (the direction of training 38.03.01 «Economics») raises questions of didactics and teaching methods associated with the activation of cognitive activity of students, the development of their practical skills, deepening and expanding the competence of students through interactive technologies. The article considers the formation of key competencies of students and the possibility of increasing their General cultural level by visiting thematic exhibitions.
