Pedagogical potential of project activity in development of the students’ effective thinking

The article discusses the concept of project activity, its application in modern conditions. The reviving interest in the use of the project method in the learning process is noted taking into account the changes that have covered the entire system of Russian education. The use of new scientific and methodological basis and developed information resources allowed to include the method of project activities in the range of the most popular educational technologies. The role of project activity in the development of productive thinking is shown.
