Pedagogical potential of family dynasties and its application in students’ professional self-determination

The article explores the pedagogical potential of family dynasties and the possibilities of utilizing it in the process of students’ professional self-determination. The introduction substantiates the problems of modern students' professional self-determination and highlights the relevance of the influence of family dynasties' pedagogical potential on this process. Using theoretical and empirical research methods, the study examines the essence of the concept of “dynasty”, which currently lacks a unified definition and has a complex structure. An analysis of theoretical studies and practical experience has led to the conclusion that the concept is multifaceted, combining socially significant and spiritual-moral family values. Based on a review of sources, the study explores teaching and university dynasties, identifying their characteristic features and components of their pedagogical potential. The conclusions outline the possibilities of utilizing the pedagogical potential of family dynasties in the process of students’ professional self-determination.
