The article considers the modern methods of organization of leisure options for their pedagogical interpretations; reveals the essential meaning of their leading principles and functions in the educational process of institutions of culture and additional education. The author outlines the most common pedagogy of leisure for modern methods of organization of leisure activities: business games, a method of advancing cultural development, the method of immersion in social and cultural environment, the method of microarray, method of synectics. Revealed the potential of these methods in the formation of the basic culture of the individual as a specialist social and cultural activities and collective subject of leisure activities
