Pedagogical resonance as a condition of subjects of educational activity

Synergetic thinking allows to understand the role of resonant influences in choice of the shortest way of intellectual and spiritual development of a subject of educational activity. The article researches the origin, detection and 'work' of pedagogical resonance. In time this concept was offered by Yu.K. Babanskiy, but had not got a proper development in science till now.
