The article is devoted to preserving the traditions of Russian ballet, research school principals and methods of teaching Agrippina Vaganova. Examines the contributions Agrippina Vaganova not only in school women's music, but the impact of its techniques on male performance and on the whole Soviet period ballet. Examines the way of the creation of author's methods of the great Russian teacher, the school which received world recognition. An important feature of the article is a research question pedagogical techniques that are used PRODUCED of Vaganova in their work with students. The article touches upon the issues of artistic interpretation of the exercise, its objectives not only from the point of view of perfection of technique, but also in the aspect of disclosing the identity of a dancer, his creative thinking.
