Pedagogical heritage of Xun Tzu

It is hard to overestimate the impact of Confucianism on the spiritual, philosophical culture and pedagogical tradition and practice of China, Korea, Japan and Vietnam. The teaching of Xun-tzu is of a great interest due to the fact that it accumulated and systematizes the whole scope of already existing achievements and ideas not only of classical Confucianism, but also the best ideas of current schools and philosophical and social concepts of China precedent to Xun-tzu. Moreover, there is a need to clarify the modern concepts of the historical and pedagogical process, by appropriately contextualizing it into it the Confucian pedagogical tradition and thereby better presenting the logic, direction and prospects for its evolution.
