Pedagogical communication as an indicator of the lecturer’s professional competence in the educational ecosystem environment

The article is devoted to analysis of contemporary authors experience in the field of pedagogical communication within the ecosystem educational environment. It considers the basic characteristics of effective interaction between university lecturers and students, the design of pedagogical communication on the principles of societal and nature conformity. Subject-subject relations, students’ competence, the formation of a favorable professional and interpersonal communication are put forward as general signs of a psychologically safe friendly educational environment via collaboration tools. Various conceptual approaches, formation models of a favorable psychological climate are compared to measure lecturer’s professional competence level. The article also focuses on the student survey results, reflecting the degree of their satisfaction with the educational environment quality including interaction with teaching staff. The materials of the article can be applied for the innovative design of professional pedagogical communication within the educational ecosystem of the contemporary university.
