Pedagogical partnership as a kind of group human resource in university science and educational process management

Human resource is reviewed in the aspect of managing university science and educational process. Pedagogical partnership is presented as a kind of group human resource. Special attention is paid to the analysis of group human resource from the standpoint of execution special competences by an individual of managing university science and educational process.
