Pedagogical design of IP culture: conceptual framework for digital solutions

The article is devoted to the digital pedagogy’s theoretical development in the projection of the scientific and technical education. The research is aimed at creating pedagogical tools that meet the modern digital environment and the new socio humanitarian sphere’s philosophy. The research was carried out on the example of the digital solutions’ conceptual design for educational projects at the national level in the field of intellectual property. The parameters of theoretical provision with conceptual and procedural models; sets of data forming "educational content"; standard models of their structuring as a basis for teaching neural networks the logic of the content of learning in the course of pedagogical design are specified. The possibilities of using artificial intelligence technologies for the rational use of human resources in the creation and adaptation of content; to maintain a given level of the educational environment in the conditions of retransmission of educational content are revealed. Specific developments of the IP education system as an object of digital pedagogical design are presented: a basic model of IP culture formation, including a model program; a designer of educational programs in the field of intellectual property, including methods for configuring the basic model in accordance with the differentiation of the target audience. The presented conceptual developments are recommended as a universal theoretical tool for the design of the information space of popular science knowledge.
