The article describes the problem of pedagogical design in the system of in-school additional education for children, which is distinguished by a wide variety of choice of the final product. The methodological foundations for the development of educational programs for additional education of students, the implementation of modern approaches to their design, the conditions and logic of creating an educational program for additional education for schoolchildren in the system of in-school education are presented.
