Pedagogical support for career growth of a cultural university graduate: practical needs and current experience

The scientific article examines the problems of pedagogical support for the career growth of a cultural university graduate, taking into account the requirements of the modern labor market in the field of culture. The practical experience of the Moscow State Institute of Culture in introducing a system of pedagogical support for the employment of graduates through the Competence and Career Center, which is a meeting place for students, employers and regional authorities to resolve personnel issues, is presented. According to the authors of the article, in modern conditions, in order to build a successful career, a graduate of a cultural university must be able to focus on results, effectively adapt to new conditions, find innovative solutions, demonstrate leadership qualities, have stress resistance, emotional intelligence and soft skills.
