The theoretical and experimental study substantiates the didactic feasibility of a consolidated approach to the implementation in primary school practice of two ways of pedagogical management (direct and indirect) of the process of forming generalized complex skills to pose and solve problems in younger schoolchildren. The didactic essence of each of the paths is specified. The novelty of the study lies in the comprehensive implementation by the teacher of the first and second ways of increasing the controllability of the process of developing generalized complex skills in primary schoolchildren to pose and solve problems based on taking into account their structural components. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of constructs for problem-solving tasks of mathematical content that initiate in students the implementation of the skills necessary to formulate and solve problems.
