Pedagogical interaction with parents as a necessary component of the process of prevention of aggressive behavior in students of professional educational organizations

The educational organization and the family (primarily parents) are key social institutions that influence the upbringing and socialization of the personality of a future specialist. The article discusses the current problem of organizing interaction between the teaching staff of a professional educational organization and parents of students on the issues of preventing the manifestation of aggressive behavior of subjects of the educational environment. The main initiative for such interaction should come from the educational organization, since it is it that is the conductor of state policy in the field of education, but at the same time, parents of students should strive to establish productive relationships in order to obtain the most effective results in raising children. The logic of the article provides for the disclosure of such aspects of the problem as a general theoretical understanding of the phenomena of “interaction” and “pedagogical interaction”, basic principles, forms of interaction between teaching staff and parents in order to prevent the manifestation of aggressive behavior. The author of the article paid special attention to the need to study the social status and status of parents in order to minimize risks during communication and increase the targeting of impact. The author focuses on the fact that the quality of pedagogical interaction with parents depends on the professionalism of teachers, the level of development of conflict management and mediation competence among the parties, and the parties’ focus on constructive resolution of life situations that arise during the educational process. When organizing interaction with parents, it is important to take into account the logic of the educational process and the peculiarities of the educational processes for students of different courses of study. The author also draws attention to a number of problems that arise when interacting with parents, including the features of working with conflicting parents.
