Research in the pedagogical aspect of moral and psychological training as a type of educational work, which is the main type of moral and psychological support for the activities of internal affairs bodies, certainly contributes to the systematization of psychological and pedagogical knowledge in the field of the formation of professional and moral worldview of employees of internal affairs bodies. The author, analyzing the peculiarities of the organization and conduct of moral and psychological training in the internal affairs bodies, identifies and justifies the pedagogical significance of this type of training, and also formulates a number of conclusions and proposals aimed at improving the moral and psychological training of employees of the internal affairs bodies in the light of increasing the effectiveness of the implementation of their functions by the internal affairs bodies.
