The article considers the important criteria of innovative pedagogy - socially-oriented concepts of ethical and cognitive education, traces the development trends of creative humanistic innovations in pedagogical environment. The article presents the socio-cultural discourse of the issues from the standpoint of dialogue of cultures in the framework of educational process, as well as a number of new approaches in modern personality-oriented education. It outlines the key educational priorities in creating educational technologies of tomorrow. It emphasizes the importance of the creative role of teachers in innovative educational process, gives the criteria of constructive and creative values of learning, which help to meet the global social and existential civilizational demands.
